Warranty and RMA Policy

Dear Customers,

Fenvi provides a 3-Year Limited Hardware Warranty on all products purchased through authorized channels in India. This policy is designed to offer customers confidence, transparency, and timely support should any issues arise during regular usage.

Warranty Duration

All eligible Fenvi products carry a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

Limited Warranty
Fenvi’s warranty covers hardware defects and malfunctions due to faulty materials or workmanship, under normal, intended use conditions.
This warranty applies only to products purchased in India from authorized sellers and is valid only within India. International warranty claims are not supported.

No warranty is provided for:
Physical damage (including cracks, broken connectors, etc.)
Burnt units caused by electrical surges, improper installation, or external power issues
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with the product

Fenvi does not offer refunds under this warranty policy. The decision to repair or replace a product lies solely with Fenvi after inspection.


Replacement Procedure
To request service or a replacement under warranty, please follow the process below:

Initiate via WhatsApp:
Message Fenvi Support at +91-90350 34196 with the following:

  • Product name and model

  • Date and proof of purchase (invoice or screenshot)

  • Clear description of the issue

  • Photos/videos of the fault, if applicable


Troubleshooting & Verification:
Our team will help diagnose the problem remotely. If the issue is confirmed and eligible, you'll receive instructions to proceed with the return.

Product Pickup:
Fenvi will pickup the faulty product from the customer's location.
Ensure safe packaging to avoid transit damage.
Both Pickup and Replacement Shipments Costs are borne by Fenvi

Replacement:
Depending on the nature of the issue, a repaired or refurbished replacement unit will be sent.
